  • for the professional tour guides management by Incoming Agencies
    (selection, training, planning, quality control)

2. Evaluation and Certification of Incoming Agencies and Tour Guides

as a means of differentiation from other agencies to guaranty quality for foreign tour operators, travel agencies and clients.

3. Incentives to develop Quality and an Individual Vocational Training

for all relevant touristic partners in all destinations by

  • a multilateral exchange of information and experience
  • counselling/support regarding the development of training concepts and the implementation of further vocational training

4. Establishment of a Sustainable Quality Consciousness

by strengthening the personal responsibility and the professional self esteem of tour guides and tour companies

5. Tolerance and Mutual Understanding (Dialogue of Cultures)

and improvement of the media profile of destinations by development of communicative competence and continuous exchange of information (round table meetings, student scholarships and other activities)
